Leopard with multiple wounds found dead on LoC in Nowshera | KNO

Rajouri, Jan 07 (KNO): A wild leopard was on Thursday found lying dead on the Line of Control in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district. An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the Leopard was found lying dead with multiple injuries near a forward post of Indian army in Sehar Makri on the LoC. "After information by army authorities, police teams alongwith forest officials removed the body and handed it over to the officials of wildlife department," he said. He said that the Leopard had severe injury marks and it seem that it had received the injuries in LoC firing and later succumbed—(KNO)
